Yoga for Veterans (FREE)
Veterans Yoga Project Teachers Alliace Member Jenn, leads this weekly mindful movement class, incorporating range of motion postures, breathwork, guided meditation, and gratitude practice. This 45 minute practice is FREE for Veterans and Active Duty Military, Police, Fire, and First Responders. Beginner to advanced levels are welcome. Modifications are available for each posture.

Ease into your evening by getting out of your head and into your body. Half gentle movement, half deeply relaxing restful poses will send you home wind-down ready to enjoy your evening routine and blissful sleep.
Prenatal Yoga with Kimberly
Gentle asanas (postures) and breathwork for grounding and connection to your body and to your baby throughout your prenatal journey. Movements are carefully selected for comfort and safety in pregnancy. Practice will be approximately 45 minutes with a 30 minute open conversation following our practice. ☀️ Please bring a pillow for shavasana. All experience levels welcome.

Transition into the evening by treating your mind and body to an invigorating yoga practice! Flow through powerful postures leading up to a peak posture that promises to get you out of your head and into your body. This practice promises a playful workout, and with consistency, increased strength, flexibility and overall functional wellness to your body. The flow transitions into three restorative postures held for five minutes each. You will leave your mat feeling deeply rested and rejuvenated.

This gentle vinyasa flow is Kimberly’s take on a power vinyasa. Warm vinyasa is a subtle, slower and more gentle version of a power vinyasa class. You may sweat…if you choose. A 30-Minute yoga nidra practice following warm vinyasa. Yoga Nidra is also known as “yogic sleep.” It is a deep meditation practice intended to support the nervous system and allow the body to find a deep state of relaxation. Walk-ins welcome.
